They were so kind to my son who was very nervous the first visit but by the end he looked forward to his appointments.
Hinesly Orthodontics is absolutely wonderful! From the very beginning, we could feel the family atmosphere and professionalism that sets them apart. They truly take care of their patients and make the entire experience enjoyable. When we first started, they even rented out a theater and showed Inside Out 2 for their patients and families—such a thoughtful way to bring everyone together.They also go above and beyond with fun programs like their summer reading challenges where patients can earn prizes, which really shows how much they care about kids’ growth in and out of the office. Most importantly, they taught both of our daughters how to properly care for their teeth. My oldest just got her braces off, and her smile is absolutely stunning—we couldn’t be happier with the results!I would highly recommend Hinesly Orthodontics and their amazing team to anyone looking for quality care in a warm, welcoming environment.
Staff is wonderful, kind and efficient.
Tiffani does an amazing job! She made my daughter feel at ease and made sure she had everything she needed to be comfortable as she adjusted to having braces. The front office staff is very helpful and the doctor is caring and attentive. So grateful to have this staff to work with 💜
Every staff member is welcoming, friendly, helpful and professional. Denise was great. Very patient, she even took the time to show me how to use their complimentary coffee machine. We were wanting to wait a few months for our son to get braces but they put all our concerns at rest and answered all our questions. Dr Levy is pretty funny and He and Tiffany made sure to answer all our questions. The other staff even went out of her way to say hi and asked how our day was. Braces are never cheap but I feel like we are getting our money's worth with this practice.
