"Every staff member is welcoming, friendly, helpful and professional. Denise was great. Very patient, she even took the time to show me how to use their complimentary coffee machine. We were wanting to wait a few months for our son to get braces but they put all our concerns at rest and answered all our questions. Dr Levy is pretty funny and He and Tiffany made sure to answer all our questions. The other staff even went out of her way to say hi and asked how our day was. Braces are never cheap but I feel like we are getting our money's worth with this practice."

Super friendly staff, clean office, coffee/tea/ water for the parents waiting, and ice cream for the kiddos when they get out! "Can't say enough good things about this place. The service is good and they are very understanding when you're running late because the freeway is shut down and forcing everyone to take alternate routes. I called ahead of time to let them know I was running late and they said "no problem, we're not going anywhere". Then when I arrived for my daughter's appointment, she was the only patient in the place. Yet they never made us feel bad for holding them up."

"Dr. Hinsley is an amazing Orthodontist. My 22 year old daughter had him as a child and we absolutely loved the care and attention he gave her. He is very vested in the total wellbeing of his young patients. Dr. Hinsley and his staff are always willing to work with you as a patient to accomplish your orthodontic goals. They take pride along side with you on your new smile 😃When I realized that I needed to have orthodontic care as a 50+ there was no debate of who to go to.Dr. Hinsley is simply the best. He is very knowledgeable in his field. He has 2 state of the art facilities where the standard of care is always one of excellence regardless of whether you go to the Tecumseh location or the Ann Arbor location. The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming.The staff are also very caring, helpful and supportive.Dr. Hinsley could be anywhere glitzy in this country but he has chosen to set shop in our backyard and we appreciate his professionalism and commitment."
